My husband and I were moving from GA back to CO, and Dawn helped us every step of the way. Between phone tag due to long distance and the very interesting drive out west, I was in awe at the lengths Dawn went to assist us. When we hit bumps in the road, literally and figuratively, Dawn was able to extend our document signature deadlines and keep us on track to close. After arriving in CO, after many other issues, our car blew a tire about 20 min from the exit to view the new house. Dawn wasn’t even on the same highway, but she came to get us (including two cats and a gecko). She quite literally chauffeured us to closing, the bank, and back to our truck. When we struggled to get our water on the first day, she offered to run gallons to us. This is only our second house purchase, but it was by far the best experience! Dawn White was an excellent real estate agent. She worked very hard for us. We sold our property for an amazing price because of her. She never gave up even when it seemed the property wouldn.t sale.She never once suggested we reduce our asking price. She believed as much as we did we had a gem in the rough..We will definetley use Dawn again for our mountain dream property when we are ready.
