Dawn was expedient, professional and had a great team. Her photographer, John, was absolutely amazing and instrumental to the speedy sale of our home. As for most people, the internet pictures are the first step in the assessment of your property. Dawn also listens. She has her ideas about your property which comes from many years in the business, but she also wants to hear about your thoughts and hopes for your sale. We met somewhere in th...

Dawn was great! She was more than accomodating for our hectic schedule and odd travel days. She was patient and really helped us find the perfect property. I highly recommend Dawn.

My husband and I were moving from GA back to CO, and Dawn helped us every step of the way. Between phone tag due to long distance and the very interesting drive out west, I was in awe at the lengths Dawn went to assist us. When we hit bumps in the road, literally and figuratively, Dawn was able to extend our document signature deadlines and keep us on track to close. After arriving in CO, after many other issues, our car blew a tire about 2...

Dawn and I helped our buyers and seller with a beautiful property near Lake George. She was efficient, fair, and very professional. I look forward to working with her again.

Dawn was super responsive and found us what we were looking for in a market where we were having trouble getting agents to respond. She listened to what we wanted and took it to heart. We love the property we ended up with!

Dawn is absolutely fabulous, she always looks out for her clients and is not only very nice but makes everything so easy, this is why i have continued to come back to her time and time again, I will not use anyone else as you can trust her in what she does

We listed our property with Dawn White in Cotopaxi Colorado. Dawn listed the property and brought us a full price offer within 24 hours and we closed shortly afterwards. Dawn is thorough, professional, great with details, in fact in every way she was the perfect agent. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We weren't easy clients. We met Dawn as she was showing property to other clients. In our 60's, realty illiterate, apprehensive, and looking for a home far north of her regular territory, we asked for her help. Dawn stuck with us for eight long months going out of her way - every time - to show us properties. She said she enjoyed seeing new areas. :-) She gently, yet firmly, took us step by step through the daunting task that put us sound...

Dawn White was an excellent real estate agent. She worked very hard for us. We sold our property for an amazing price because of her. She never gave up even when it seemed the property wouldn.t sale. She never once suggested we reduce our asking price. She believed as much as we did we had a gem in the rough..We will definetley use Dawn again for our mountain dream property when we are ready.
